The purpose of this public hearing is
to receive public input on the City’s recently completed draft Master
Plan. The Planning Commission cordially
welcomes all interested parties to attend.
The draft Master Plan was created by the Bay City Planning Commission under the authority of the Michigan Planning Act, Public Act 33, 2008, as amended, to serve as the primary tool for guiding the physical development of the City.
The entire draft document may be
examined at the City Hall, during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m., Monday through Friday at the offices of the Planning, Zoning & Grant
Administration Department, Room 207, City Hall, through the date of the public
hearing. You are entitled to review the
information/regulations and share your opinions about the above matter by
attending the public hearing, by U.S. mail to the city’s Planning, Zoning &

The City will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon ten (10) days’ notice to the city.
