The primary mission of
the Planning and Zoning Division is to administer the Master Land-Use Plan
and zoning ordinance by working with property owners and developers to
ensure their building plans will meet local ordinances.
Applicants must
speak with planning staff before application forms may be filed.
Complex projects may also require a pre-application meeting with staff.
