Welcome to the City of Bay City’s Surplus Real Property page.  Here you will find information on the City’s current inventory of surplus property and the City’s policies regarding the disposition of surplus land.   

On a regular basis, the City of Bay City reviews its inventory of real property to determine what land is in excess of its foreseeable needs.  Land that is no longer needed for public purposes is declared surplus and then made available for sale in accordance with the Policy for the Disposition of City Owned Surplus Real Property as approved by City Commission on March 15, 2004.
