Second Principal Residence Exemption Form -
This form is required for a Seller to keep a Conditional Principal Residence Exemption on a home they have LISTED, with a Realtor, for sale, for up to three years – as long as the home is unoccupied (cannot be rented or used for any other purpose, and must have been the Seller’s Principle Residence prior to the property’s listing).  The form MUST be filed by May 1st for 2008, and every year following by December 31st for verification that the property has NOT sold
